Real estate and property management
Follow what public sources report around the cities where you manage or sell property: street protests, strikes, road closures and security incidents, with the original articles one click away.
What you get
- City pages with live counts for the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, a 30-day chart and the latest alerts with their sources.
- One Atom feed per city, so a team can follow several cities in any feed reader.
- Email digests per place, at the frequency you choose (every 15 minutes up to monthly).
- A free embeddable widget if you want to show current alerts for a city on your own site.
How to start
- Open the city page (for example Paris) and subscribe to its Atom feed or choose "Get alerts" on the map.
- For many properties, call the free API with a bounding box or a city slug and keep the alert URLs with your notes.
Limits
- Do not use alerts.live as a rating of a neighbourhood: it counts reported events, it does not say how safe an area is, and counts depend on how much news a place gets.
- alerts.live is descriptive and informational. It is not an official source, not an emergency service and gives no safety score for any place.
- Alerts are detected automatically in public sources and can be wrong or late. Each one shows its sources and a confidence score so you can judge it; see the methodology.
- Absence of alerts does not mean absence of events. Coverage depends on what public sources publish.

Descriptive, not a safety score. alerts.live counts and maps events reported by public sources. It does not rate how safe a place is. Informational only, not official: follow local authorities.
